About Us

Smart Shisha Hire is Huddersfield's finest Shisha Hire Service, we opened in 2020.

Our aim is to provide the ultimate Shisha experience using the right balance of reliability and efficiency using only the highest quality Shisha products.

We wanted to find a way which allows people to enjoy smoking Shisha, without having to go through the hassle of traveling to a Shisha cafe and have to sit outside in the cold & rain, so enjoy our fantastic professional to your door: Home Delivery Service.

We also provide tailored Shisha Packages for all Events based throughout the UK, and with our highly trained staff you will get a professional onsite service which will give your magical day that “Special WOW”

All you have to do is pick up your phone and call us. We do operate on a first come first served basis, so if you are planning to hire us please ensure you contact us in advance to avoid disappointment.

Terms of Hire

Please ensure by placing an order, you AGREE to our terms and conditions

On placing your order we will deliver your Shisha to the address stated. Please note ID will be required before the order can be completed. This is required to ensure the client is 18 years and older.

You will also be required to sign a disclaimer exempting Smart Shisha Hire of any liability while the Shisha Equipment is in your possession.

Rules of use

  • Do not keep Shisha or operate in the presence of children or pets
  • Do not touch the hot coal with your hands at any time, ensure the Tongs provided are used
  • Do not leave the Shisha unattended at any time
  • Please ensure the burner is switched off after use and left to cool
  • Hot coal after it is used still burns internally , so it’s important this is placed under cold water to ensure its completely out before you dispose of it
  • Do not use the coal to light cigarettes at any time
  • Please ensure the shisha is on a flat surface and in a safe environment
  • Please do not pull the hose as this can detach and coal may fall off
  • Do not add any other materials to the head/base, as this can damage the Shisha

We may also require a deposit, for first time orders, this will be fully refunded on collection of the Shisha Equipment.

We acknowledge damage can occur to the Shisha Equipment, We at Smart Shisha Hire will work closely with you to reach a fair conclusion on any items missing or damaged items.

Please note a £5 charge will be added per day if we are unable to collect the Shisha Equipment from you as agreed, please note its essential we can collect within 24hours to enable other customers to enjoy the service.

Events \ Weddings \ Parties

All private events which will be held in a rented space will require a confirmation email to confirm Smart Shisha Hire has permission to operate within its premises. This will be required before a booking can be confirmed.

All staff provide by Smart Shisha Hire are well trained and will ensure you event is run smoothly. We will require access to the venue before and after to setup and clean up.

Smart Shisha Hire reserves the right to refuse serving Shisha to anyone under the age of 18 (where ID is not available) and to any guests who have consumed alcohol or present/have other medical conditions. Any guests who are abusive will also be refused service. We will work closely with the host to maintain a safe service to all cautious guests.
